These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and plwin governing your access to and use of the plwin online gaming platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any plwin service.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference:
"Bonus Funds" means any funds credited to a User's plwin Wallet as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, cashback scheme, loyalty reward, or any other non-deposit credit. "Real Money Funds" means PHP-denominated funds deposited by the User via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other accepted payment method. "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction from which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law, including jurisdictions outside the Philippines where plwin holds no valid gaming license.
2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with plwin's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, form the complete legal agreement ("Agreement") between You and plwin. By registering an Account or using the Platform in any capacity, You unconditionally accept this Agreement.
2.2 plwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. plwin may provide translations as a courtesy for the convenience of Filipino players but makes no warranties as to the accuracy of any non-English version.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with plwin, You must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
3.2 plwin may require Users to provide identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (UMID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by plwin may result in Account suspension or termination and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) plwin Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings derived from the prohibited Accounts.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. plwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from Your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for authentication purposes. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. plwin will never contact you requesting your password. You must notify plwin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
4.4 Account Activity Responsibility. All activity conducted through your Account while you are logged in is your responsibility, including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested. plwin shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where You have failed to adequately protect your credentials or notify plwin of a known security compromise.
5.1 plwin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of deposit. plwin reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove any payment method at any time without prior notice.
5.2 The minimum single deposit amount is PHP 100.00. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per day may be subject to limits determined by both plwin and the applicable payment service provider (e.g., GCash daily transfer limits).
5.3 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the name of the Account Holder. plwin does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to other individuals will be reversed and may trigger account review.
5.4 plwin does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment service providers may levy their own transaction fees, for which plwin bears no responsibility. Deposit transactions are typically credited instantly to the plwin Wallet upon confirmation by the payment provider.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Account's most recent deposit, subject to applicable per-method restrictions. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, plwin will request a verified alternative Philippine-registered payment account in the Account Holder's name.
6.2 The minimum single withdrawal amount is PHP 200.00. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to three (3) hours, subject to banking system availability.
6.3 Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable Bonus Funds wagering requirements. Bonus Funds themselves cannot be withdrawn; only winnings generated from completed bonus wagering requirements and converted to Real Money Funds are eligible for withdrawal.
6.4 plwin reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements and applicable Philippine financial regulations. Withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of verification.
7.1 plwin offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty program rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific Bonus Terms published alongside each promotion on the Platform.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Bonus Terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a plwin Wallet are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings generated from those funds may be converted to Real Money Funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet the stated wagering requirements within the applicable validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
7.3 plwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including the right to invalidate bonuses where plwin reasonably believes a User is exploiting a promotion in bad faith, using multiple Accounts, or otherwise engaging in conduct designed to abuse the bonus system.
7.4 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available only to newly registered Users who have not previously held a plwin Account and are limited to one claim per household and per device.
8.1 All games available on the plwin Platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, and all other titles — are operated using certified software and hardware that have been tested and approved by independent third-party testing laboratories. Random Number Generator (RNG) software used in non-live games is certified to produce statistically random outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment under monitored studio conditions.
8.2 Each game's rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and any applicable minimum/maximum bet limits are displayed within the game interface. By initiating a game session or placing a bet, You acknowledge that You have read and accept the rules applicable to that specific game.

8.4 plwin reserves the right to void any bet or game result that plwin reasonably determines resulted from a software error, data feed error, or obvious pricing mistake. In such cases, affected stakes will be refunded to the applicable plwin Wallets. plwin's determination of such errors is final.
9.1 Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using the plwin Platform. A finding of prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plwin's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or related to these Terms, the Platform, or any plwin service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their plwin Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 plwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the User's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if plwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. plwin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of real-time odds data, or the compatibility of the Platform with any particular User device or network configuration.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits plwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by plwin's gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 All content on the plwin Platform, including but not limited to the plwin name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphical assets, software, database structures, marketing materials, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of plwin or its licensed third-party game providers and content suppliers. All rights are reserved.
12.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any plwin content.
13.1 plwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, and to withhold or void any associated Account balance, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where plwin reasonably suspects or determines that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct described in Section 9.
13.2 Users may voluntarily close their plwin Account at any time by contacting plwin support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified Real Money balance remaining in the plwin Wallet at the time of closure will be refunded to the User's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements.
13.3 Upon termination for breach of these Terms, plwin may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated bonus winnings in the Account. Whether Real Money Funds are returned will be determined on a case-by-case basis following investigation of the breach circumstances.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or related to your use of the plwin Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter) and all applicable gaming regulations promulgated by PAGCOR.
14.2 Informal Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or complaint arising from your use of plwin, You are encouraged to contact plwin support in the first instance. plwin commits to investigating and responding to all complaints within five (5) business days. plwin's customer support team can be reached at [email protected].
14.3 Formal Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines, for all matters arising from these Terms. Users who are dissatisfied with plwin's resolution of a dispute may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures for online gaming licensees.
15.1 plwin may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, Platform features, or business practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
15.2 For material changes, plwin will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Users via the mobile number or email address on file, or by prominent in-Platform notification. For changes required by law or PAGCOR regulation, plwin may implement amendments with immediate effect and provide notice concurrently.
15.3 Your continued use of the plwin Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
